Directions From the M25 take junction 5 - A21 South (Hastings). Take A21 for 10.3 miles then branch left onto (A26). Signposted Maidstone/Tonbridge Ind. Estates. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit signposted (A26) Maidstone/Tonbridge Ind Estates. Travel 0.6 mile then at roundabout take 2nd exit into Woodgate Way. Signposted (A26) Tonbridge Ind Estates/Maidstone. Travel 0.4 mile then at roundabout take 2nd exit into Vale Road. Signposted (A26) Maidstone. Sanderson Way is 0.3 mile on the right. •••• From the M20 junction 4 take the first exit A228 Tonbridge. In 0.8 mile at the A228 Leybourne roundabout take the 2nd main exit. Travel 1.5 miles take the 2nd exit on the roundabout. Travel 1.9 miles to a roundabout then take the 1st exit. Travel 0.4 mile take the 2nd exit at the roundabout. Travel 1.7 miles to Mereworth crossroads and continue forward. At T-junction turn right onto A26. In 0.6mile at the A228/B2016 roundabout take the 2nd exit. Travel 2.7 miles and continue through Hadlow. Travel 3.1 miles to the junction with A227 and bear left into Cannon Lane (A26) Travel 0.4 mile forward along A26/Vale road then after 0.3 mile turn left into Sanderson Way.
